Yoga Nidra
A guided sleep meditation, yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing journey to one's inner self. Known as "effortless relaxation", yoga nidra is usually performed while lying down - the goal being to learn how to be present in-between the states of wakefulness and sleep. Salt Sanctuary now offers yoga nidra classes for holistic wellness.
 

Breathwork
Breathwork can be done in tandem with a guided meditation or on its own as a simple and effective stress reliever. Our breathwork classes teach the skill of learning how to mindfully position oneself and breathe in order to get the most mental and physical benefit from our breaths.
