I had my first Halotherapy session this morning and was very impressed. I spend a lot of time at the ocean and this provides a similar rejuvenation effect, the taste and smell of salt permeates the air and the positive energy soothes the soul. My second time with sound therapy was just as good as the first. I believe in the magic this provides the human body and I am do not practice any organized religion. But this is amazing, pure and simple that the body and soul can easily connect with. 100% will be back for more as the energy I have gained and negative released is worth the price of admission
It Was so peaceful, I fell asleep! I woke up refreshed and breathing better than I have since spring blossoms started coming out! Cannot wait until my next visit. Plan to bring my husband to enjoy it as well. We miss the beach and this felt so comforting like our our favorite spots in the Florida sand!
